Mr. Madrigal Jr. currently serves as the Vice-President and has done so since 2012. He also sat on the Cahuilla Economic Development Committee during 2003 to 2006. Mr. Madrigal Jr. has over 15 years of experience in tribal government administration, focusing on environmental protection, cultural resources, emergency preparedness and special project implementation programs. He served as Tribal Chairman for a two-year term. A graduate of California State University of San Bernardino, he received his B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management in 2009, and received an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Geographic Information Systems in 2012 from the University of Redlands.
