Ms. Magee was seated on the board in 2012 and is serving her third term. She is an attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch and is part of their Native American Practice Team. Her legal practice focuses on advising tribal clients on a variety of issues regarding governance, business organizations, financing, gaming entitlements and compliance, intergovernmental agreements, cultural resource protection and contracts. Ms. Magee received a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law earning a certificate in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy. She received her B.A. in Native American Studies with a minor in Law & Society from the University of California, Riverside.
