Ms. Liera joined the CEDC in 2018 and serves in the position of Treasurer. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Liera is a registered associate clinical social worker and works as a Therapist at Cahuilla Consortium, serving local tribal communities. She has also spent over five years working in Mental Health intervention and education.
