My name is Whitney Liera, Child and Family Services Specialist for the Cahuilla Band of Indians. I am a Cahuilla tribal member, the daughter of Robert Liera and granddaughter of Patricia Liera. In May of 2021, I graduated with my master’s degree in social work from San Diego State University. I have a background in victim services, advocacy and mental health prevention and intervention. I am fortunate to be able to use my experience and education to serve Cahuilla’s children and families.
